This prestigious acknowledgment highlights Ecosafe Group's exceptional contributions to affordable housing, particularly through impactful projects with BCP Council and Pivotal Homes.
Contractor of the Year: Transforming Communities with BCP Council
Ecosafe Group’s collaboration with BCP Council has been instrumental in rejuvenating the Poole neighbourhood. Our comprehensive involvement spans contracts in kitchens, bathrooms, and gas servicing, as well as emergency works and responsive services such as a damp and mould pilot, Roof repairs, passive fire protection, and support for BCP's sustainability goals through renewable source installations.
Daniel Hacker, representing BCP Council, praised Ecosafe Group's efforts stating“BCP have worked successfully with Ecosafe Group, to deliver different aspects of our repairs to our council housing stock within the Poole neighbourhood. Delivering kitchen refurbishments, bathroom refurbishments with happy residents and a high satisfaction to the level of the workmanship and customer experience. The Gas servicing contractor and boiler replacement contract works efficiently and compliantly to ensure BCP residents remain safe. The ‘can do’ attitude applied by Ecosafe Group is a real bonus to the high customer service levels our residents experience.”
Homebuilder of the Year - Independent: Transforming a Derelict Site for Pivotal Homes
Ecosafe Group's recognition as Homebuilder of the Year - Independent stems from our transformative collaboration with Pivotal Homes on a Plymouth-based project. This initiative involved the complete renovation of a derelict social club into 12 one-bedroom flats.
Joy Kingsbury, CEO of Pivotal Homes, an organisation that designs bespoke homes for individuals often excluded from mainstream housing projects, praised Ecosafe Group's exemplary work:
