Senior Contracts Manager

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to help lead the delivery of essential property services across social housing contracts in the region. Supporting the Senior Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality services for residents while leading and supporting operational teams across multiple programmes. This is a hands-on role for someone who values strong engagement with operatives, high service standards, and continuous improvement. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in social housing property maintenance, construction, or property services to support the delivery of essential services across our contracts in the region. Based from our Uckfield office, with regular travel to sites and client locations, you will play a key role in ensuring property maintenance, compliance, and refurbishment works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone with strong operational experience within social housing maintenance or property services who is looking to further develop their contract management skills within a growing organisation. Working closely with senior operational leadership, you will help drive performance, maintain strong relationships with clients, and support operational teams delivering services on the ground.
