Job description


We are looking for a reliable, proactive self-employed plumbing and heating engineer to join our projects team in Devon completing refurbishment works to the highest standard for our clients.


The jobs you will be working on will be varied but will consist of the following.

  • Installing new boilers and heating systems.

  • Installing Unvented/Vented cylinders.

  • Installing new hot, cold, heating and gas supplies.

  • Installing new bathrooms/ensuites.

  • Installing new above ground soil and vent pipes.

  • Installing new waste pipes to bathrooms/kitchens etc.

  • General plumbing in line with property refurbishments.

The person

You must be a fully qualified level 3 plumbing and heating engineer.

  • Able to work on their own initiative but also work well in a team of other trades people.

  • Gas Safe registered – minimum requirement CCN1 and CENWAT1.

  • Unvented qualified (not essential)

  • Own Van and tools (FGA required)

  • Van insurance.

  • Public Liability Insurance.

  • Rates.

  • The rate of pay is negotiable but can be day rate, hourly rate or price per job.

Customer Support Administrator

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator, working with a busy, growing company that specialises in building and facilities management.


After winning a couple of local, long term contracts, we are looking to expand our team.


We are looking for a Customer Support Administrator who will be motivated to provide great customer and client support, an excellent telephone manner, as well as excellent IT skills. You must be able to work accurately under pressure, whilst remaining calm and courteous.
 


The jobs you will be working on will be varied but will consist of the following.

  • Call tenants to book in engineer appointments.

  • Answer incoming calls from tenants and engineers, helping with queries.

  • Maintain a diary to ensure promises and follow-ups are actioned, ensuring contract compliance.

  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence.

  • Work collaboratively with team

The person

To be considered for our support roll, you will have the following skills and experience:

 

  • Able to make and take 75 to 100 call per day

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Would be nice but not essential to have an understanding of Utilities (all things Domestic Gas maintenance)

  • An ability and desire to work on own initiative and prioritise workload without supervision

  • Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.

  • Strong written/communication skills, being able to articulate key points to ensure clarity.

  • Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • This a full time post, working Monday to Friday

  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred) 

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

As a Carpenter / Door Fitter within Ecosafe Group Ltd, your focus will be to complete multi-skilled activities such as: carpentry, firestopping and door fitting to a high standard and in line with company standards and specification whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.


The jobs you will be working on will be varied but will consist of the following.

  • Complete Fire Stopping/Fire Door Installations

  • Removing / replacing existing architraves

  • Appropriate use of all materials, tools, and resources

  • Ensure quality and standards of work are high

  • Ensure health and safety regulations are met as well as best practice standards

  • Undertaking any training necessary for the role

  • Ensure all work is evidenced through company App

The person

To be considered for our roll, you will have the following skills and experience:

 

  • Preferably will be joining us as a Self Employed trader

  • Ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame and to a high standard and quality.

  • Comply and adhere to all Health & Safety regulations 

  • Conduct yourself appropriately, ensuring the corporate code of conduct and brand guidelines are adhered to.

  • Ensure you maintain accurate job records and communicate all progress to colleagues.

  • Have an awareness of manual handling, ladder safety, working at height, abrasive wheels, first aid, health and safety.

  • This role is subject to a basic DBS check and will require a full driving licence.
