Customer Support Administrator

Based in Uckfield, Sussex

Job description

An exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Administrator, working with a busy, growing company that specialises in building and facilities management.

After winning a couple of local, long term contracts, we are looking to expand our team within our Uckfield based office, Sussex.

We are looking for a Customer Support Administrator who will be motivated to provide great customer and client support, an excellent telephone manner, as well as excellent IT skills. You must be able to work accurately under pressure, whilst remaining calm and courteous.

The person

  • As our new support, you will be expected to:

  • Call tenants to book in engineer appointments.

  • Answer incoming calls from tenants and engineers, helping with queries.

  • Maintain a diary to ensure promises and follow-ups are actioned, ensuring contract compliance.

  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence.

  • Work collaboratively with team

Responsibilities

To be considered for our support roll, you will have the following skills and experience:

· Able to make and take numerous calls per day

· Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Would be nice but not essential to have an understanding of general property maintenance

· An ability and desire to work on own initiative and prioritise workload without supervision, within a chaotic business environment

· Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.

Health & Safety Manager

Based in Poole, Dorset with additional travel to sites. 

Salary: Between £42,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience.

Ecosafe Group is seeking a skilled health and Safety Manager to join our team. Ecosafe Group offer a full range of repairs and maintenance services to Social Housing and Supported living partners across the south, with this position being based within Dorset.

The person

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Health and Safety across the construction group.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all team members are compliant and company matrix is updated.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and populating CPP and RAMs ensuring team are fully aware of the obligations set out.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for educating and supporting the team members across the business in H&S matter, populating toolbox talks and implementing safety action.

  • The successful candidate will be wholly responsible for the Health & Safety of the construction business.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for inductions of new team members ensuring paperwork is completed and retained on company records.

  • The successful candidate will train, develop and retain team members on all H&S matters.

  • Complete the annual renewal for our company accreditations (Construction line, CHAS, ISO etc)

Responsibilities

This role requires the applicant to have a good working knowledge in the building industry.

This is a fast-paced industry, and we are looking for someone who is dynamic in their approach.

You will need a good knowledge of H&S processes and work content.

Strong knowledge of environmental and health and safety basic regulatory and legal framework

Ability to communicate excellently either orally or in writing, to be able to effectively pass health and safety tips to colleagues and subordinates

Ability to lead a team of people effectively and act equally as a team member

Ability to foresee the possibility of a risk occurring and nipping it in the bud

Ability to effectively and efficiently handle pressure and still keep working schedules.

Applicants must be able to drive (have a full UK licence) and be fully conversant with computer data entry (full training given on bespoke systems)

Ecosafe Group is seeking a skilled heating engineer with a passion for advancing their career within the renewables sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and resolute, tasked with the installation of heating systems and heat pumps. 

The person

  • Experience in first fix heating installations. 

  • NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 in Plumbing and Heating.

The jobs you will be working on will be varied but will consist of the following.

  • Complete Fire Door Installations

  • Removing / replacing existing architraves

  • Appropriate use of all materials, tools, and resources

  • Ensure quality and standards of work are high

  • Undertaking any training necessary for the role

  • Ensure all work is evidenced through company App

The person

  • Preferably will be joining us as a Self Employed trader but will consider PAYE for the right candidate

  • Ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame and to a high standard and quality.

  • Have your own tools and transport
