Ecosafe Group appointed to Fusion21's £350 million Responsive Repairs and Void Property Framework

Ecosafe Group, the Dorset-based property maintenance and construction services provider, has secured a place on Fusion21's national Responsive Repairs and Void Property Framework, worth up to £350 million over four years.
The appointment gives social housing landlords and public sector organisations across the UK a fast, compliant route to procure Ecosafe Group's responsive repairs, maintenance and void property services.
Now in its third iteration and procured under the Procurement Act 2023, the framework brings repairs, maintenance, property security and contact centre services together in one place. It is open to suppliers from SMEs to Tier 1 contractors and is designed to help social housing landlords deliver high-quality responsive repairs and void property services.
Ecosafe Group has been appointed to three of the framework's five lots: Lot 1 (Responsive Repairs and Maintenance), Lot 2 (Void Property Improvement) and Lot 4 (Disrepair Works). Members can now call on Ecosafe Group for day-to-day and emergency repairs, bringing empty homes back to a lettable standard, and resolving housing disrepair. The company brings more than 15 years' experience in work with councils, social housing providers and charities. Its services include electrical works, roofing, flooring, fire safety, kitchen and bathroom works, damp and mould remediation, and property renovations.
Tabitha Feltham, Head of Operations at Ecosafe Group, said: "Securing places on three lots of Fusion21's Responsive Repairs and Void Property Framework is a proud moment for everyone at Ecosafe Group. It recognises the hard work of our teams and the standard of service we deliver for landlords and their residents every day.
"Good repairs and well-prepared homes make a real difference to people's lives. This framework opens the door to working with more housing providers and public sector organisations, and we look forward to helping members get homes repaired quickly, re-let sooner and kept safe, while creating local jobs and lasting social value in the communities we serve."
Gary Stanfield, Framework Manager at Fusion21, said: "We are delighted to welcome all of the new suppliers onto Fusion21's Responsive Repairs and Void Property Framework, including Ecosafe Group. The tender process was highly competitive and has identified the best regional specialists and national contractors to deliver repairs, maintenance and related property services for our members.
"Members accessing this framework will benefit from the expertise of our technical procurement specialists, alongside flexible call-off options that support the delivery of social value and environmental improvements, creating a visible impact on communities."
Fusion21 members can appoint suppliers through either competitive selection or direct selection, giving them a quicker and more efficient route to market.
