Legionella risk assessments

Legionella can cause the potentially fatal Legionnaire’s disease, and can arise from bacterial growth in water environments. There can be a risk of Legionella in both domestic and commercial water systems. A landlord is responsible for the health and safety of their tenants in their rental property. As such, a Legionella risk assessment helps you to meet your obligations.

Our qualified and experienced plumbers are experts at assessing water hygiene within rental properties, as well as carrying out remedial works and installations which minimise and mitigate risk. As well as a Legionella risk assessment, they can provide advice and guidance about safe plumbing choices in the property.
